Why is it that we, as a Maltese nation, have no pride in our public places?
Why do we keep our houses and private property spotlessly clean and then simply do not care what takes place in our public gardens, promenades and streets?
Why do people throw out their unwanted items on the pavement rather than dispose of them in a bin?
We never learn.
