Former Nationalist minister Michael Falzon yesterday filed a libel suit against the author of L-Iskandlu tal-Mistra u skandli ohra (The Mistra scandal and others) Aleander Balzan.
In the writ, Mr Falzon claimed that one chapter titled Perit Mustaccun was libellous, defamatory and damaged his reputation.
Dr William Cuschieri and Dr Adrian Delia signed the writ.
