A 37-year-old man was rushed to hospital in critical condition after being stabbed with a pointed instrument following an argument he had with a 19-year-old late on Tuesday evening, the police said yesterday.
In a statement, the police said that it had been informed that two men, both from Fgura, had been involved in a heated argument in Misrah il-Bjar Street in Zejtun.
The 37-year-old was stabbed by a pointed instrument and was for a time in critical condition. After medical treatment, the man's condition is said to have improved, the police said.
