We have been coming to Malta for many years now for our holiday. Every time I’m sitting looking at your wonderful sights I think of Alexandra.

In 1960-62 I was nursing at the Leicester General Hospital and we were lucky enough to have girls to look after us, and mine was called Alexandra ... sorry that’s all I have .... Alexandra was from Malta.

It would be great if she would answer a request from your paper to meet up. Of course, she may have stayed in the UK and gone on to train as a Doctor or similar, who can say.

Alexandra was at the time the same age as myself ... which makes her now 66 years. Perhaps like myself a mother and grandmother.

We shall be staying at the Ocean Club, Ramla Bay , Marfa MLHO2 apt 203, from 25 May onwards.
