Let us for the sake of argument, and just to have some fun, believe that the government will take Dr Emy Bezzina’s nonsensical suggestion to hold fresh elections seriously... (TMID 19 March).

Then what? Does Mr Bezzina believe that the thousands of Maltese who ignored his party completely at the polls will regain their lost wisdom and vote for him? Or does Dr Bezzina believe that with the 20 odd votes which he collected from two different districts he should have been asked by the president to form a government himself?
