The Peugeot player of the month for February was won by Luxol’s player Mandy Sciortino.

She was presented with this award by Colin Schembri, vice- president of the MBA.

During the month of January Luxol reached the final stage of the Louis Borg Cup and kept their first place in the league. During January Sciortino scored 42 points. She is the league’s fifth top rebounder with 153 rebounds – an average of 7.29 rebounds per game.

She’s also the fifth best assist woman of the season with an average of 2.38 assists per game.
