I am a Maltese university student reading a Masters degree in Creativity & Innovation, a programme provided by the Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking at the University of Malta. For my dissertation I will be engaging in a Participatory Action Research approach where project managers will be coached during the summer period to apply a number of thinking tools with the scope to work more creatively, efficiently and effectively in their work and their environment.
