Baron Holiday Homes will be opening what are arguably the most luxurious properties on the self-catering holiday accommodation market in Gozo – The Hamlet. With indoor and outdoor pools, marble flooring, sauna, mini gym, underfloor heating, open fireplaces and air-conditioning throughout, these properties are set to take the Gozitan holiday market by storm. The properties are in their final stages of completion and booking from the end of May is now open.

Situated in Ghammar, a hamlet in the rural western part of Gozo, just past Ta’ Pinu, the properties offer total privacy in a luxurious living environment. The development consists of four self-catering farmhouses, three having four bedrooms, and the other one three bedrooms. Nothing has been spared to ensure that all properties have impeccable finishing and décor, more typical of upmarket properties rather than self-catering properties. All materials used, including marble floors and stone features, were locally sourced and the rooms are adorned with works of art by local artists. The internal décor is in natural earth colours to complement the general simple and functional style of the old Gozitan farmhouse. The houses enjoy the services of a communal mini-gym and sauna, while beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens blend with the rural setting in total privacy and tranquillity.

All the farmhouses include outdoor pools, while two also have heated indoor pools with Jacuzzis. Other features include Wi-Fi systems, digital flat screen TVs and Internet, and fully equipped kitchens. All bedrooms have en suite facilities. A maid service is provided while a private chef and a masseur are available on request. Playstations are also available for children.
