The Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce has inaugurated a state-of-the-art track lighting system in its exhibition halls in Palazzo De La Salle in Republic Street, Valletta, to offer its members exhibition halls which can be considered as among the best, if not the best, in the island.

The society said it contracted engineer Stephen Buttigieg as its lighting consultant.

The inauguration was made by the outgoing president of the society, Paul Asciak in his last public event before the expiration of his term of office.
