Pendergardens has awarded a contract to Kone for the supply, installation and commissioning of lifts and escalators for Pendergardens and The Exchange property developments. Represented exclusively by Mekanika Ltd, Kone will transport people both horizontally and vertically up to 24 storeys high, via 52 Kone elevators and two Kone escalators.

elevators and escalators for the Maltese market since September 2003.
