The Peugeot player of the month for March 2008 was won by Depiro’s player Sarah Pace.

Pace was presented with this award by Frank Camilleri, General Secretary of the MBA. During the month of March, Depiro won the Bank of Valletta Knock Out for the first time in their history.

They were also finalists of the Louis Borg Cup and kept their third place in the league. During March, Pace scored 41 points.

She is the league’s third top steals woman with 87 steals – an average of 3.22 steals per game. She also features in the season’s top ten rebounders and assist women.
