The restaurants situated in the old Pinto Bonded Stores are referred to as being at “The Valletta Waterfront”.

This is a complete misnomer as the confines of Valletta commence from Victoria Gate, which is about a quarter of a mile away from the restaurants, and besides the area in question falls under the jurisdiction of the Floriana local council.

And here I ask: Who was the smart guy who decided to give such a gross misnomer?
