The government has agreed to second three of its current full-time employees, on existing salaries and conditions, to work at Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary near Paradise Bay, Mellieha.
The sanctuary currently looks after some 140 dogs – including many puppies – that have been abandoned, giving them a clean and comfortable home until, hopefully, a new home can be found for them.
This much-appreciated gesture from the government is recognition of the help that the sanctuary needs. The work involved is not demanding and any government employee who, for whatever reason, would like a change of job and loves animals, is asked to contact the undersigned to find out more about what is involved.
Please telephone 2152 3459 or 7973 0900 or write to 13 Hanover Flats, Triq il-Migbha, Mellieha. All applications will be acknowledged.
