I was pleasantly surprised to read that although there were some hiccups in the launch of the door-to-door collection of waste for recycling, residents of Attard responded in such a positive way that the amount of waste collected surpassed that of much larger localities.

A very positive story which goes to show that people are eager for initiatives aimed at improving their quality of life.
