Wives of Dockyard workers are very much annoyed by the fact that whenever the Dockyard is in the red, the blame for all its ills is generally put squarely on the workers. One has to realize that the workers have to work often in hazardous conditions and to follow instructions given to them by this management.

The worker are certainly not happy with the situation and the unfair criticism that is often made against them, adds to the stress they have to suffer.

Isn’t it time the management shares the blame?
