Please allow me to thank the writer for your kind words of appreciation for the level of service offered by the Department of Information.

I would also like to clarify that contrary to what is stated in article, the Department of Information continues to operate officially till 4.30pm but usually till later throughout summer.

With regard to the comment made on photographs, we do try to distribute the photographs of events on the same day of the event.

However, there are instances when due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, when the time schedule of the photo coverages is very tight, and events are held in the late evening, this is not possible.
