Roland Sollars has been re-appointed Head Coach of third division side Pembroke Athleta FC.

Sollars returns to coaching to the club after a two-year break due to personal commitments. He will be assisted by Godwin Gatt.

During his tenure at Pembroke the side reached the Div. II/III Divison KO semi-final, the last third division side to do so. Previously Sirens FC was another third division side to reach the final, also with Sollars.

The 42 year-old coach also assisted Robert Kelly at Melita FC and Marsaxlokk besides winning a ladies Championship with Hibernians in 2005.
