GO said that new opening hours at its two retail outlets in Psaila Street, Birkirkara and at Main Street, Balzan came into effect yesterday. Both outlets are now open for customers’ greater convenience non-stop Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Customers can call in at either one of the two retail outlets in Birkirkara or Balzan – or other outlets in Malta and Gozo – and subscribe to the services that most match their needs.
GO outlets in Psaila Street, Birkirkara and PAVI Supermarket Complex in Qormi showcase GO’s quadplay offerings. Both outlets sell all four services offered by GO from the hottest mobile services to high-speed Broadband Internet, the most resilient voice service and high-quality digital TV service offered through GO’s DTTV platform both in terms of content as well as service provision.
Meanwhile GO offers a range of services including fixed line, broadband Internet and digital TV from its retail outlets strategically located in Balzan and from the temporary outlet in City Gate Valletta. And what’s more, in the coming weeks GO will roll out a quad-play offering from the newly refurbished outlet in South Street, Valletta.
Referring to the new business hours, Sandro Gauci, GO’s Senior Executive, Retail Sales and Channel Management said: “We are determined to match the expectations of our customers at every touch point. The initiative is in line with GO’s efforts to streamline its retail outlets while conforming to the new corporate identity.”
“Now – more than ever before – our new identity reflects our objective of converging our businesses from an operational as well as a customer point-of-view. We are proud that GO is Malta’s only quad-play provider, and that our outlets are planned to offer our customers the ultimate experience with services and products tailor made to their requirements – everything we do is Made for You.”
