From Mr J. Gaffarena
Are we aware of the grave situation that these illegal immigrants are bringing with them? They are ruining our economy, our health (and this is proved), and in little time they will be strong enough to form a movement and no one will stop them.
I have talked with several members of parliament, and they agree with what I am saying, but they are too afraid to express this in public.
Let’s face it, the landing of these illegals here is a well-organised crime. They embark from Libya with the blessing of the local authorities, then they are lowered into a smaller boat, in a group of 27. They phone their friends over here, and their friends call our Armed Forces to say that an immigrant boat has been spotted off Malta.
When we are going to start to repatriate these people to the place from which they originated? When are we, as a nation, going to solve this problem? This is not a matter for the EU, but a question of defending our beloved country against this organised crime.
Why cannot we give these immigrants, food and whatever else they need, and escort them back with their own boats, from where they came? Why are we still depending on some NGOs that God only knows what there is hidden in their minds about these illegals? I have heard many true facts about what these masters of poverty have on their minds.
This is not a matter of racism but a matter of survival, a matter that we will soon have to face as bitter medicine that we have to swallow.
I’m sure that there is a way to solve this problem, so let’s all work and let our voices be heard before it is too late, as it is now in other European countries.
