Please Alex Saliba (Jason, why not, TMID 12 July), don’t patronise us Labourites about Jason Micallef.

It’s time out for the old guard. Now it’s out with old and in with the new. We need new, fresh ideas. And Jason surely isn’t one of them. He alienated too many Labourites to be general secretary again.
