I fully agree with what Louise Vella said in her letter with the above title (TMIS, 20 July). I want to bring to Ms Vella’s attention that around three years ago, I was almost banned from writing such letters to our newspapers, but now, all the editors are thinking differently.

This is not a matter of race; it is for the simple reason that we cannot have all these illegal immigrants in our country. We are all well aware what they have done in other European countries, and we do not want this to happen in Malta

If you watch Euronews, you will surely hear nothing about the illegal immigrants that are invading Malta. On Saturday, I was watching a report on Euronews about these illegal immigrants and Malta was not mentioned. Yes, there is a hidden agenda on this matter. No one is stopping them.

Recently, I was an extra in a film that employed some illegal immigrants as well. You have to be there to see the way they behave; there is no waiting or queuing for them to have lunch.

I have more to say bout the NGOs, but it is better to leave that for the time being. What I suggest is that a peaceful demonstration be held soon, and we will show that we have had enough of these illegal immigrants. The time has come for the local authorities to start thinking about their citizens first, and not what the EU dictates about these illegal immigrants. If they have invaded other European countries, we are not ready to accept that this will happen in our beloved country.
