Doneo Co. Ltd are one of the preferred suppliers for T10, the state-of-the-art residential block released on the market at Tigné Point.
Through its Bose sound systems and Lutron intelligent lighting, Doneo is making available two top brands in their field that the clients of a development like Tigné Point normally look out for. Managing director Andrew Doneo, whose company has been involved with supplying its products to earlier stages of the Midi plc development, said:
“T10 raises the bar in setting out to exceed customer expectations. In addition to location and the facilities offered, Tigné Point excels especially in design. Thanks to the infrastructure built into this new block, clients can opt to upgrade their apartments to use our audio systems and intelligent lighting products now or in future – their investment is safe.”
Doneo have been in business for over two decades, when smart home systems were in their infancy. However, if the growth rate of the past five years continues, Mr Doneo sees these systems becoming as essential to modern homes as air-conditioning.
Intelligent home systems take the complexity out of life. Through Bose systems, music makes a comeback in people’s lives through quality sounds in any room specified, including high quality surround sound in people’s living rooms. Lutron lighting control systems can be pre-set to use energy ‘intelligently’, depending on the situation: entertainment, a dinner party, a family games night or everyday use.
Mr Doneo worked closely with Midi plc and their project team to build the system options into the specification. “I felt privileged to be involved by Midi in such a high level of detail.” he added.
Midi chief executive Ben Muscat commented: “Pre-packaging the apartments recently launched with smart home enabling infrastructure facilitates the process whereby apartment owners can install Bose sound systems and Lutron intelligent lighting infrastructure.
“A ‘tick-the-boxes’ approach has been adopted, since it guarantees a full integration of the chosen smart home options with the other mechanical and electrical installation in the apartments, reducing damage to apartment finishes, which inevitably occur when items like ceiling-mounted speakers and keypads are installed after the visual lighting and electrical systems are complete.”
The new block at Tigné Point, situated at the eastern tip of this new mixed-use development was successfully launched to the market earlier this summer and there are now just a few seafront apartments still available.
