I refer to an article by Architect Robert Musumeci wherein Mr Musumeci’s main area of practice is defined as “Mepa Law” (TMIS, 10 August).

Properly speaking, the practice of law in Malta is restricted to duly warranted advocates and as such it would be more appropriate for Perit Musumeci to ensure that any description of his activities reflects his status as a Perit (architect), and not give the impression that he is entitled to provide legal services.
