I was reading in the paper about an adult corrupting a minor. It seems there is a lot of controversy about naming the adult.

I do agree that the name should be held out of the public eye till the man is found guilty by a court of law. If the name is given out and the man turns out to be innocent there is no way of correcting the wrong that was done to the man’s character and it stays with him for the rest of his life, even though he is found innocent.

If found guilty he should be severely punished but until then let the law take its course. In California for instance when a man is proven to be guilty of such crime his name is put on a registry on the Internet called Magen’s Law for everybody to see the name, city and even the address of where he lives.
