Green Business

Malta Independent Friday, 29 August 2008, 00:00 Last update: about 19 years ago

Did the MLP “mean (Green) business” – as Leo Brincat (TMID, 26 August) is claiming – when it proposed cutting by half the surcharge on water and electricity bills?

Or by opposing the recycling plant at Sant Antnin? Or by shooting down the proposal of handing down for free two energy saving lamps for every household?

I think the MLP is a party which is always starting anew, stating that they are different from their predecessors, when they have been there for ages. I think Mr Brincat has been representing the MLP in Parliament for the last 25 years.
