It would be very interesting to know how many tickets wardens, and the police for that matter, have issued to drivers who do not switch on their lights when driving through tunnels and for crossing from one lane to the other unnecessarily.

I have observed traffic going through the St Julian’s tunnel for quite some time and normally see no less than 10 cars per minute driving through without lights on and many of them going from one lane to the other. I have never seen a warden or a policeman.

What are we waiting for? For some fatal accident to occur before action is taken?
