I think that the bad and scandalous upbringing of children by irresponsible parents, and not money, is the root of all evil.

If six teenagers, 14 to 16-year-old, are permitted to roam the streets at midnight you can imagine what to expect. And because the child is father of the man, you can also imagine what to expect when these youngsters grow up and decide to have a family of their own!

No wonder we have so many broken families!
