I refer to Frans Said’s letter “Rubbish in St Paul’s Bay” (TMIS, 19 October).

I beg to differ.

It is true that the street mentioned is always full of garbage bags but this is no fault of the local council.

The scammel calls daily in the morning, so it is the selfish and undisciplined people who are at fault.
