When somebody was discussing the wind farms, he complained that there may be some windless days in Malta. But experience has shown me that there can be no such days without wind on the hills near the sea in Malta.

Experience has shown me that whenever there is no wind in the centre of Malta, a strong sea breeze starts blowing inland at exactly 9am, on these windswept hills near the sea. This strong breeze continues till after sundown. And at exactly 10pm a strong land breeze starts blowing towards the sea.

This is not imagination. It is the experience of an old man who lived mostly in the open country.
