Being a patient in hospital is not what one would describe as ideal circumstances. At least this was my view until recently. Having spent some time at the C.C.C.U. at Mater Dei has changed my opinion.
I would like to thank all the staff working at this unit for making my stay there so pleasant. Everyone was so helpful and considerate that I felt I was among “friends” – an excellent environment for any patient.
As the song goes, “little things mean a lot” and the dedication, kindness and good manners shown by all were, and are, much appreciated.
