While in Malta for a rest from my mission in Peru, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Mission Fund of Mosta for their recent donation that they have given me to help the sick and poor in Lima.

For the last nine years I have been doing missionary work in this country, helping abandoned and handicapped children in one of the poorest zones in the Peruvian capital. Through their donation I manage to help people who need medical and study expenses and distribute foodstuffs among the poor.

May I urge your readers to help the Mission Fund by sending them donations, used stamps and telecards so that they would be able to help other Maltese missionaries around the world. I thank them for their generosity.
