I have a complaint to make to the authorities, if there are any! It’s about the building of a structure in front of a hotel in Pioneer Road, Bugibba.
Last summer, the front pavement of this hotel was changed and a railing was set up for no use, closing a 15-metre access to the pavement from the road.
The railing has several dangerous pointed plant holders. If someone falls it very easy to get hurt with them. Moreover, when people park next to railing they can easily scratch their car upon opening the passenger door.
We filed this complaint three weeks ago at the St Paul’s Bay Local Council, which were supposed to inform the police head office. The latter had to contact us after a short time, but no one did. Is it possible that the authorities take so long to act on such irregularities? Does anyone care?
