Bottom Premier club Tarxien Rainbows are intensifying their efforts to improve their lowly position in the standings in an effort to stave off relegation.
The club has added a second Brazilian to their ranks to join Daniel Marciano Bueno, who is a leading scorer this season. He is Everson Ala De Lima and will be replacing Ivan Carapic from Montenegro, who was a defender.
De Lima has figured prominently in some friendly matches played by Tarxien during the last few weeks and he even scored against Birkirkara in a 1-1 draw in a friendly match last Sunday.
The third foreigner in the Tarxien side is an Argentine midfielder, Rodrigo Martin Cariaga.
