Delicata has now bottled and released 3 of its Classic Collection 2008 white wines onto the local market, for those wine lovers who like to drink their whites ‘fresh & fruity’. The three white wines are the Donato Chardonnay, Gabrieli Pinot Bianco and Cavalli Sauvignon Blanc. All three whites are at their peak when it comes to their freshness and fruitiness and each individual wines characteristics reflect well the grape varieties and the I.G.T. regions in which the grapes were grown.

All three of the wines are dry and when served chilled are ideal simply on their own or as an accompaniment to seafood dishes, poultry, white meats, pizza and pasta.
