In its commitment to provide customers with an added value, Vodafone Malta Limited is offering convenience, free SMSes and also free credit when topping up via My Vodafone, Easy Top up and SMS top up services. Gone are the days looking for an open shop to buy a physical top up card. Vodafone’s services are available free of charge every day and at any time, both locally and abroad. In February and March, Vodafone is also giving away e15 extra credit when topping up with e50 and e5 extra credit when topping up with e20 when using any of Vodafone’s top up channels.

When topping up through My Vodafone, Easy Top up and SMS top up services with e50, customers receive 100 free SMS to any other local Vodafone number, whilst customers topping up with e20 get 25 free SMS to any other local Vodafone number. These SMS are to be consumed within a month from top up.

If customers would like to use the My Vodafone online top up service, all they have to do is visit www.vodafone.com.mt, enter the username and password and select Online Top up. New My Vodafone registrations can also be done by clicking on Register and following the steps.

Topping up through SMS is also very easy and convenient. Once customers register with either BOV or HSBC for Mobile SMS Top up, one simply has to send an SMS with the 4 digit PIN to 5061-6520 or 5061-6620 for BOV and HSBC customers respectively for a e20 top up. For a e50 top up, BOV customers have to send a blank SMS with the 4 digit PIN to 5061-6550 and to 5061-6650 for HSBC customers.

For increased peace of mind, customers may also choose the Easy Top up service to be automatically topped up with either a fixed amount every month or every time the credit falls below a pre-set amount.
