AEGEE-Valletta, a student NGO housed at the University of Malta, would like to wholeheartedly thank Frans Borg, former Permanent Secretary at the Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Ministry for his sterling work at the ministry and for his continuous support given to youth/student organisations, ours in particular.

During the past few years, Mr Borg has been a source of inspiration to our organisation and has always been there for us when we needed his support or advice. Indeed, he never, we repeat never, turned his back on us or on our problems. Despite of his immense workload, Mr Borg never shunned us; instead he appreciated our organisation’s voluntary work and made sure he encourages us with his presence during our activities.

While we congratulate Mr Borg for his new position, we are more than sure that his departure from the education sector is a great loss. We are also convinced that Mr Borg’s support to AEGEE-Valletta will still be forthcoming in the future.
