Pamela Crawford (TMID, 5 March) complains of standing behind a group of immigrants at Western Union who were there to send money back home to their families.

The lady herself knows that there is no law against using the services of Western Union, as she was there to do the same thing herself.

People in a Western Union office who are up to no good attempt to take money away by force, rather than by filling out the necessary paperwork, and they are usually armed with guns and masks, not mobile phones.
