With reference to allegations that appeared recently in the local media, the Beland Band Club of Zejtun is wholly disassociating itself from any acts of disrespect towards our religion and Jesus Christ during the Nadur Carnival.

While condemning any illegal actions and any form of disrespect towards religion, we confirm that the Beland Band Club has absolutely nothing to do with any inappropriate behaviour shown during the mentioned event: these actions were totally extraneous to our club and were personal initiatives of individuals.
