The only foolproof and morally legitimate solution to preventing AIDS is abstinence and marital fidelity.

Mr Kokoski, that ship has sailed. Condoms do prevent the spread of the AIDS virus and also prevent unwanted pregnancies. As for abstinence, maybe in the 1950s.
