I fully endorse what Charles Azzopardi wrote in his books (Addressing marital problems, TMID, 30 March).
I have a son who has separated from his wife and I can feel that the arrangement of sharing the upbringing of their daughter every day of the week, by having her sleep over at their homes on a day on, day off basis was a rewarding arrangement not to damage the daughter’s mind unnecessarily due the separation of her parents.
Yes, there are many separated couples who need psychological help and support, like what my wife and myself do; we still welcome our son’s wife to our home, same as our son does, to keep communication going and see to the need of the child.
Keep up your good work Mr Azzopardi. Thank you.
