As expected Kim Cassar won the Malta ITF Junior Tennis Tournament when in the final she easily disposed of Lorenza Steffanelli of Italy 6-2, 6-0.

Kim took control of the match by displaying powerful strokes from both forehand and backhand sides not allowing her young opponent to settle down.

The boys singles was won by Adam Thornton Brown from Great Britain when in the final he beat Jonas Merckyx from Belgium 6-4, 6-4. The boys doubles was won by Robert Carterand and Michael Watkins from Great Britain when in the final they beat Delic and Salapic from Croatia 7-6 0-6 10-8.

The girls doubles was won by Jaksic from Serbia and Stammatova from Bulgaria after beating the girls from Great Britain Borthwick and Henderson.

The prizes were presented by Julian Mamo representing Gasan Mamo sponsors of the ITF Tournament and the president of the Malta Tennis Federation Dr David Farrugia Sacco. Go and San Michel are also official sponsors of the Federation.
