How terribly awful to hear that six honey buzzards, a protected species, have just been shot in Malta. Each day brings more and more horrible news about the killing of birds. I can not understand how people can do these acts of such cruelty.

I can not express in strong enough terms that these crimes against nature and her creatures must be stopped. We must protect these poor defenceless birds and stop this slaughter.
