It seems as if the controversy over the banning of a particular play has abated! But so far neither Ms Friggieri nor anyone else has answered my very simple question:
If the Board of Film Censors has banned this play on the grounds that it offends the morality of the audience, how do they explain that a particular cinema has been screening nothing but blue films for many, many years?
Are these films seen by the censors or not? Can I have an answer? Can the police authorities explain please? And how come that so many people agreed with the banning of Stitches but have never raised a finger to protest about these films?
