Thank you for clearing up the matter of who is responsible for the Cirkewwa Pathway or as you call it, the Cirkewwa Road Promenade ( by the way very appropriate). This is a public promenade and I don’t think the town of Mellieha should be financially responsible for putting up the money for installing a safety railing along this dangerous pathway, but I do think that the Public Transport Authority should be responsible enough to see the danger posed. I believe that maybe the Mellieha council should bring this matter up to the proper authorities until they realise the danger this open pathway represents. A lot of families use it and I hate to see anybody getting hurt.

Mr Mayor, you and the Mellieha council are doing a fine job. I live in Manteca Ca, but my heart is in Mellieha.
