Ramon Mizzi has been appointed President Insurance at GlobalCapital. In his new role, Mr Mizzi will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the group’s insurance operations as well as the further development of the group’s corporate business.
Mr Mizzi’s professional career began 24 years ago, and he has held a number of senior executive positions with local insurance operators. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the insurance sector will contribute substantially towards maintaining GlobalCapital’s position as one of the leading insurance providers in Malta.
Mr Mizzi, who is also a Chartered Insurer and Legal Procurator, has taken responsibility for three operations within GlobalCapital’s Insurance Division: life, health and insurance broking.
Commenting about his new professional challenges, Mr Mizzi said that he is committed to ensuring that all three insurance operations will continue to put the client at the forefront of all their activities by providing tailor-made services to suit the client’s needs.
