Ta’ Monita Residence, a new lifestyle standard setting development in Marsaskala was launched on the local property market on 30 June and with sales targets set for September to be reached before the end of this month.
This was announced by the Tumas Group Property marketing office which is handling the sales and marketing of this exciting development for Tumas and Gasan Groups, the joint developers of this complex.
In the same way that Portomaso set standards for the St Julian area and Tas-Sellum Residence set new standards for the north, Ta’Monita is expected to have a similar positive impact on Marsaskala.
