The Eden Cinemas was a flurry of activity on 15 July, with the launch of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

With the launch of the latest instalment of the ever-popular Harry Potter, the Eden Cinemas organised a show of Hogworts’ magical creatures, from snakes to owls, iguanas to bats. There were huge birds of prey flying across the theatre and people were able to touch many of the creatures on show.

Cinema 16 was packed with people for the launch of the film, with almost 2,000 people turning up to see the film and the main show sold out. As well as the anticipation of a great film, the Eden Cinemas and Kinnie gave away two large drinks and a bucket of popcorn to the first 200 people buying their tickets on line.

The Eden Cinemas wishes to thank the Malta Falconry Centre in Siggiewi and the Aquarium pet shop in Fgura for making this spectacular event possible.
