The National Commission for Persons with Disability said it has drawn up a list of reserved parking places for persons with disability which are not in front of the private residences of such persons. The list is available at the commission’s offices and on its website.
Disabled persons have a blue badge to make their life easier. The badge is issued by the Commissioner of Police on the recommendation of the commission. Persons who are in possession of this card are entitled to park in every reserved parking space in public places and to do so, persons with disability must affix the badge against the windscreen for it to be seen.
Since the badge is identical to that issued in all European Union states, the blue sticker can be used in all EU countries and vice-versa.
