Please allow me some space to express my disappointment following Porporina’s mess in Valletta. I was at work while my humble blue mini, a daily runabout was stolen.

I was requested by Hamrun police station to call at Valletta Police station to identify my vehicle. So, meanwhile Porporina is happily back in jail.

But what about the victims involved in all this mess? What about the cost of getting my car towed, panel beating, parts, sprayer etc? And what about the unnecessary inconvenience?

Allow me a final word of praise to members of the Mobile Squad who caught him as well as the Valletta and Hamrun District police. For your commitment in all this trouble, a very well done. I’m proud of you!
