The Mediterranean Conference Centre was once again chosen as the ideal venue for the annual showcase by Annalise Dance Studio, which is organised every year to display the talents and the achievements of the students enrolled.

Annalise Dance Studio has been organising this event for the past 6 years and this is the second time they have chosen MCC for this event. Annalise Ellul, who is a well-established entertainer on the Maltese islands, was also the director and the organiser of this show.

“This show involved a lot of organisation and hard work both from our side and also from the students’ side; however the result gives us such a great satisfaction that it is easy to forget the sacrifices, especially when you see the expression on the children’s faces. Each year we try to make the event bigger and better, and that is why we have once again chosen MCC as our venue. We feel that it complements the grandeur of the show” said Annalise Ellul.

Rosette Micallef, head of sales and marketing at the Mediterranean Conference Centre said, “This is the second year we welcomed Annalise Dance Studio for their annual showcase and it is with pleasure that we note that the show is becoming more spectacular and more popular. It is part of our aim to support healthy entertainment such as this for our future generations.”

The aim of the show was to give the dancing students the opportunity to expose their talents and enhance their educational development in a holistic way, both physically and mentally.

When it comes to the wardrobe, the glitter on the colourful costumes worn by the performers shames the starriest night sky. The show was a blend of dancing, glamour, glitter and music and included dances of various styles and genres. That way the entire audience, no matter what age, was able to enjoy the show due to its versatility.
